Q: Can Any house have a basement?
A: Yes, we can build a basement in any house, no matter how big or small the house is. The house does not have to have a basement already in it, we will build one from scratch.
Q: How much space can I get from a Basement?
A: A Basement can give you a whole new level of floor space, it can run underneath your whole property, or just under the areas that you require
Q: How much will it cost?
A: Depending on what you require in your basement, and how big you would like it, the price will vary. The cost will be reasonable, and cheaper than moving to a bigger house. Adding a basement to your house will also increase the property value.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Depending on the size, and the complexity of the project, it will take at least 6 weeks.
Q: Can I stay at the house while the works are being carried out?
A: The works can all be carried out while you stay at the property, as we will be as discrete as possible. The building will remain safe at all times, and you will be able to carry on in your daily life undisturbed.
